Meet Stevie
Founder of The Hive & Real Estate Mentor at Real Broker
After nearly a decade in real estate, I realized my favorite part of the business was helping other female agents grow. I wanted to create a space that combined mentorship, guidance, and genuine friendship—so The Hive was born.
I started The Hive because I’ve seen so many women in real estate feel alone in their businesses, myself included. It’s about connection, building a business you love, and being surrounded by women who cheer you on every step of the way.
A little about me: I’m a mom, wife, and real estate agent based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. When I’m not mentoring agents, you’ll find me exploring town with my daughter, reading a good book, or planning our next Hive event.
